Miondo is the thinnest fermented cassava* roots wrap, This complimentary food from Cameroon is resulting from a long procedure of preparation, 3-5 days of fermentation and steam cooking. It texture is more firm than Bobolo and Chikwangue. It needs to be cooked steam or boiled to be enjoyed.
